We were one of the first executive search firms to cover & recruit in the private markets. Alternative investments pioneer O’Connor Associates was our first client in the space. Managing Partner
Richard Risch is the Managing Partner of the Risch Group. He launched the firm in 1990 as one of the first executive search businesses with a specific focus on the alternative investments space. He has developed and managed the growth and strategy of the business for three decades. Richard has personally conducted hundreds of searches in the alternative investments, traditional asset management, and private banking/wealth management space for clients in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.

Dick has worked closely with experts in the industries the firm serves to study and uncover the individual traits of candidates that drive business performance and has integrated that into the firm’s recruiting process; ensuring the client only hires high performance executives that will have a material impact on the success of the business.
